Welcome to Local Market, a community classifieds platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to register, post advertisements, or contact sellers through Local Market.
2. Wyoming Listing Requirement
Items advertised must physically be located in Wyoming when posted. Sellers may reside outside Wyoming.
Services, employment opportunities, events, and auctions must relate to activities taking place in Wyoming. Buyers may browse from any location.
3. Listings
Ordinary classified listings are free. Listings remain active for seven days. Expired listings may be renewed during the following 15 days, subject to our renewal rules.
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, use photographs they have the right to publish, and have the legal right to offer the advertised goods or services.
4. Prohibited Activity
Listings involving stolen property, illegal goods or services, fraud, counterfeit merchandise, misleading claims, harassment, or unauthorized personal information are prohibited.
Users may not impersonate others, send spam, or attempt to compromise the security of Local Market.
5. Transactions
Local Market provides a place for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not the buyer, seller, payment processor, or delivery provider for transactions arranged between users.
Users are responsible for inspecting items, negotiating prices, arranging payment, and coordinating pickup or delivery.
6. Safety
Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting strangers, exchanging payments, and sharing information. Report suspicious listings or behavior to Local Market.
7. Moderation
Local Market may review, restrict, or remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform safety, subject to applicable law.
8. Availability and Disclaimers
Local Market does not independently verify every advertisement or guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of goods, or successful transactions. The service is provided on an as-available basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information and other data are collected, used, and protected.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and renewed acceptance may be required.
