Local Market is a community classifieds platform initially serving Wyoming. This Privacy Policy explains what information we expect to collect, how we intend to use it, and the choices available to users.

Your username and published advertisements may be visible to other visitors.
Your registration email address will not be displayed publicly by Local Market. However, information you voluntarily include in advertisements or messages may be seen by other people.

- Publish and manage advertisements

7. Listing Expiration and Retention
Ordinary advertisements remain active for seven days unless removed or otherwise changed.
Expiration of a listing does not necessarily mean all related records are immediately deleted. Some information may be retained for account management, security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Local Market may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and essential website functionality.
Any additional analytics or advertising technologies will be described in an updated policy before their use.
9. Your Choices
Users will be able to manage their own advertisements. We also intend to provide a way to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal account information, subject to applicable requirements.
10. Age Requirement
Local Market accounts are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as Local Market develops. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
